All of the big products are delivered either with DB Schencker or DACHSER. You will receive an email when the product arrives to your country asking you to pick a delivery date and window, if you don't pick a delivery appointment we'll receive an email notification asking us to contact you, we'll attempt to reach you using the information you left when placing the order. Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time. For larger items sent via freight, the carrier will also contact you directly to schedule delivery. You can also use the tracking page once a tracking number is available to see your order status.

Our standard delivery includes curbside drop-off only. However, we can arrange in-room delivery and professional installation for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 24–48 hours. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
