The Aerify Cryoboots set provides full leg cooling therapy with manual air compression to enhance recovery and reduce muscle soreness. This complete kit includes a pair of leg cuffs, an Aerify water pump, hoses, air pump ball, foldable PVC ice water bucket, control unit, power cable, user manual and a transport bag for convenient portability.

Usage recommendations
Use once or twice daily for 10 to 20 minutes per session. Optimal water temperature is between plus 4 and 12 degrees Celsius. Water requirement is approximately 6 to 7 liters for S M cuffs and at least 8 liters for L XL cuffs ensuring the pump is 80 percent covered. Single attachments require around 5 liters of water.
