Die Elite Serie Iso-Lateral Schulterpresse von Titanium Strength wurde für präzises Training im professionellen Studiobereich entwickelt. Sie trainiert gezielt den oberen Brustmuskel, den vorderen Deltamuskel und den Trizeps durch eine einzigartige konvergente und einseitige Bewegung. Die Übung liegt biomechanisch zwischen Schulterpresse und Schrägbankdrücken und liefert herausragende Resultate im Oberkörpertraining.
Konvergente und Unilaterale Bewegungsführung
Die konvergente Bewegung startet mit weitem Griff und endet eng zusammen, was der natürlichen Bewegungsbahn entspricht. Beide Arme bewegen sich unabhängig, was eine gleichmäßige Kraftentwicklung fördert und muskuläre Dysbalancen verhindert. Alternierende Pressübungen sind ebenfalls möglich.

All of the big products are delivered either with DB Schencker or DACHSER. You will receive an email when the product arrives to your country asking you to pick a delivery date and window, if you don't pick a delivery appointment we'll receive an email notification asking us to contact you, we'll attempt to reach you using the information you left when placing the order.
