Plate-loaded dumbbell set with adjustable bench
The inSPORTline CEM 180 + 40 cm/30 mm 75 kg set combines a multi-purpose bench with a complete dumbbell and barbell kit for an effective home workout. The sturdy bench offers a 200 kg weight limit and can be folded to save space after training.
The height of the barbell stand can be adjusted to 5 positions between 92 and 112 cm for comfort. Foam handles allow dips and push-ups. With an adjustable backrest and compact design this is an all-in-one training solution.
The dumbbells and barbell use cement weight plates with durable plastic coating. With 1.25 kg 2.5 kg and 15 kg plates included you can easily adjust the load up to 75 kg total. Metal threaded bars and collars ensure a secure hold during training.
