The inSPORTline Quabell 8 kg is a versatile water filled dumbbell that can be packed flat when empty and filled with up to 8 litres of water for resistance. It provides adjustable loading and unique instability to activate stabiliser muscles and improve training efficiency.

As water shifts inside the bell, the centre of gravity changes continuously, challenging grip and posture on every movement. Its durable PVC body with strong seams prevents leaks, while the long neoprene handle allows secure one or two handed lifting.

The shut off valve with tethered cap ensures easy filling and draining. With its light empty weight and compact size, Quabell is perfect for use at home, in the gym, outdoors or while travelling.
